| Country Specialists join our lead trainers as consultants for a day and are asked to speak from their own experience of living and working in the target culture. For example, if our client is relocating to Tokyo, we identify one or more Japanese nationals who will support the needs of the participants based on their background in a similar industry, job title and city of relocation.
